My name is Barakah and; I'm the Co-founder of Silkē Skincare! We're a black-owned and woman-owned company! What inspired me to create Silkē was my love and passion for self-care. As a woman, I noticed that we tend to put ourselves last when it comes to self-care, and I wanted to create a brand that motivates people to care for themselves! I wanted to create clean products for all people and skin types, so Silkē was born!
